P2ware Planner Viewer

P2ware Planner Viewer is a free software designed to share plans with those involved in projects not having P2ware Planner licenses. This enables planners to prepare plans on their own and provide to others in an electronic form, for example, by sending as attachments to an e-mail. It means that all plans can be distributed without unnecessary printing.

This program will be useful in cases where:

• you create plans on behalf of external organization and want to make them available to persons who don’t have a licence for P2ware Planner
• you want to share a plan with people not directly involved in its creation
• you want to convince decision-makers in your organization to implement Product Based Planning within your organization

Shared plan preview is exactly the same as planner sees it. In the case of changes made to the plan it is sufficient to send an interested person a new version of the plan. You do not need a costly and time consuming prints of all the plan documentation.

This software is free, so persons that are not directly involved in preparing the plan, but have to use it, will not have to pay for licences. Planner Viewer is available for free to P2ware customers having at least 1 licence of P2ware Planner Suite applications.

The software allows to print a project documentation, so that the planner does not have to print it and distribute paper copies.
